gnunet software package provides secure, trust-based peer-to-peer framework (meta), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gnunet
gnunet is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gnunet package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gnunet *
You will get with gnunet package name, version, architecture and description in a table
